Overall great gym I highly recommend! The instructors are amazing. They’re very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially, RJ he really encourages you to push yourself to the max. Bringing great energy to the class. While being mindful of any restrictions someone might have by giving alternative exercises to do. So come check this gym out it’s a comfortable and fun atmosphere.
Coach RJ and Tony are the best! I learned a lot from them and the private classes are really fun. Bring a friend and you can learn to box them too. Classes are a great workout and always make me feel refreshed!
This place has a lot of potential! But the boxing class I took was extremely boring. Never have I done the same combo for 3 whole minutes straight during a boxing class. I also hate these bags and the way you have to hit them. Need to spice things up and get some spunk in the classes.
This gym has a great concept and feel, unfortunately the management there does not hire proper trainers. They do not have backgrounds for boxing or training fitness. A lot of wasted potential in a great location.
