Open space, large, clean, equipped with everything you need for full body workout. The instructors are great, knowledgeable, friendly! Workouts are fun! Overall great gym.

I am loving Punch Boxing. Normally I am one to start something and not stay committed but the staff are so knowledgeable and pushed me to reach my goals. I am seeing results in how my clothes are fitting and my eating is slowly getting better with the help of their meal plan. They give you all the tools you need to succeed, they are so friendly, helpful and so encouraging.
Love this place. Been working for the company for 2+ years and I love helping everyone reach their goals, it doesn’t even feel like work to me. It was so much fun to be a part of the journey of opening this new gym, and the owners are lovely people!! Best motivation you could ever get!!
OMG, I love the trainers, the owners and the boxing circuit. I have an amazing personal trainer every class that shows you technique, makes it super fun and motivating. I've never worked out harder or feel like i've accomplished a milestone everytime i go. I lost 28 lbs in 6 weeks using the same workout/nutrition program. There's a facebook group that encourages everyone to keep going and be transformed. Classes are flexible and run every hour from 5 am - 9pm so it caters for everyone.
