I went to the office at 2:28 instead of 2 pmafter paying My Co Pay and waited for 30 minutes in the lobby, I was told that the cashier forgot to tell Me about 15 minutes late policy & on top when I asked about manager, Manager was gone for the day at 2:50 pm for 4 pm office time? My co-pay was not returned on the day & I was told to reschedule My appointment some other day in the morning even though I got this appointment after 3 weeks of wait.
She is one of the best doctors i have come across. Very easy to talk to and made my mom super comfortable with her positive energy.Anyone looking for a PCP she is your answer. Plus is she speaks hindi.

The receptionist informed me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled WHEN I arrived. No one called to confirm my appointment and I had filled out all forms online. I was told I would need to come back another time. I have been on the waiting list for a new patient appointment for 2 months and made this appointment hoping to be seen earlier. no one ever reached out to me to confirm my appointment. I show up and was REFUSED to be seen. What a waste of time.
