Poor customer service : I ordered 2 bouquets to the same address for two different people, however a bunch of flowers were sent together as one bundle. I chose a bouquet with proteas, My order had none. I received an e-mail acknowledging the order, but never a follow up until I asked for update. My Order took 6 days to arrive. When I complained about the missing proteas, they offered me $10.00 credit for my next order! Which of course will never happened! I’m very disappointed.

These flowers were absolutely stunning. We have purchased Hawaiian flowers from several different vendors over the years. These are the absolute best and we are pleased to support the Puna Kamali'i mission. Thank you so much.

I needed a last minute Birthday bouquet for my Mother. I'm currently in Arizona so I called and was treated very kindly by a woman over the phone. She created such an Amazing Beautiful Bouquet! Thank You for the great service and product. My Mother was very Surprised and Loved her bouquet!

Incredible customer service and amazing flowers. I called from Colorado and Kiara (I hope I spelled it right) was so helpful and made sure my order was perfect.
