Shipped flowers to Vegas and they arrived in tact and won over the MIL ! Enough said with that... but bonus: they actually care... It's much more than just a business for them.

Poor customer service : I ordered 2 bouquets to the same address for two different people, however a bunch of flowers were sent together as one bundle. I chose a bouquet with proteas, My order had none. I received an e-mail acknowledging the order, but never a follow up until I asked for update. My Order took 6 days to arrive. When I complained about the missing proteas, they offered me $10.00 credit for my next order! Which of course will never happened! I’m very disappointed.
