Excessive delays in receiving my orders. Errors related to gross negligence with bill. Overall, the worst aspect of this company is that they just didn’t care.
I have used this company for my supplies for several years; so this is a review with lots of experience. There is no need to get bad customer service when there are lots of other companies that offer the same products, but far better service. Personally, I feel relieved that I have switched to another company that can be relied on and is more professional..
Only been dealing with this company since May 6. This company is horrible to deal with. There is no customer support. Once you pay your upfront money you are no longer needed and your problems do not concern them. I am filing a claim against them with BBB as we speak.

worst company I have ever dealt with. EVER! After waiting 2 weeks, a charge on my credit card for supplies that were never submitted by the representative, leaving 3 messages with no returned phone calls, being transferred to 5 different people who couldn't tell me where my supplies are or when/if they will be shipped, 4 months in a row of problems, I am DONE! Please save yourself the stress and endless phone calls! if you insurance approves any other company, go with the other company.
