A physio that actually takes pride in their work instead of just chasing a dollar.. Feels like a real family enviornment where everyone is working together to achieve their goals.
I had some issues after my ACL surgery, but after just 3 months of rehab I was running again and feeling a million times better. The boys sorted everything through proper strength and conditioning. Couldn’t be happier.
It is more like temple for recovery and healing. Minhaz and Rohan are definitely game changers when it comes to physiotherapy. Looking forward to visit again.
Pumpnclick is easily the best Physio I've ever been to. Minhaz genuinely cares about getting you to your goal, whether it's to address a niggling or serious issue or strengthening and performance. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I've been seeing Minhaz and the team at Pump n Click for almost 3 years, very knowledgeable, friendly and great community. I had no prior experience with strength and conditioning as I was always concerned with my weak knees. The team has built my strength and confidence with weightlifting over the years and more recently I've managed to deadlift 130KG! Ideal for any beginners.
