I started my shoulder rehab elsewhere, I was not happy with the care and guidance provided at all - seemed lazy and rushed. Saw no benefit. A good friend of mine recommended Minhaz, best thing I did continuing my rehab with Pumpnclick. Highly recommend.
A physio that actually takes pride in their work instead of just chasing a dollar.. Feels like a real family enviornment where everyone is working together to achieve their goals.
I had some issues after my ACL surgery, but after just 3 months of rehab I was running again and feeling a million times better. The boys sorted everything through proper strength and conditioning. Couldn’t be happier.
It is more like temple for recovery and healing. Minhaz and Rohan are definitely game changers when it comes to physiotherapy. Looking forward to visit again.
Pumpnclick is easily the best Physio I've ever been to. Minhaz genuinely cares about getting you to your goal, whether it's to address a niggling or serious issue or strengthening and performance. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I was struggling with lower back pains for a couple of years but after a few sessions with Minhaz I've been pain free and stronger than ever while being able to maintain my strength and condition.
