Spencer and Brittney (and the other employees too!) made our shopping for a trike easy and fun! We purchased 2 recumbent trikes and are so pleased with our purchases! You gotta check this place out !!
Stopped in today looking for some esi grips. The owner was super helpful and even showed me bikes with the grips on so I could test out the different sizes. Awesome bike shop!

Excellent service. Spencer is very easy to work with. He takes the time to explain the technical issues in a very simple manner. They have a good variety of bicycles as well as accessories.
While on the specialized bike website got directed to the store website and location. Left the store with a new bike, mirror, clips, shoes and bike meter. Never used clips before so this young sales person (who I found out later was the owner) put me on a trainer and got me comfortable with the clips. Then went the whole route and made sure the bike was fitted right for me.
This is our favorite bike shop in the area. We live in Mishawaka and drive the 25 minutes to get the care and attention that we and our bikes need. I have just recently bought my first mountain bike and Spencer guided me on all of the options available and advised me on what would meet my needs. All this was done through the research that he did for me online. I ordered the bike, and when it came in, he showed me the components and how and when to use them.
