I want to start by acknowledging the positive: Dr. Floyd is wonderful. She is kind, patient, and gentle with my children, and I truly appreciate the care she provides. When she personally called to explain the treatment plan, it was extremely helpful and reassured me. I only wish that level of clarity had come much earlier in the process. My main concern with this office is communication, especially around financial obligations and treatment planning.
