Estábamos haciendo nuestro viaje anual a la Ciudad de Nueva York y decidimos hacer una parada en un pueblito muy bonito llamado Haworth. Mi hija Valentina quería entrar a una tiendita bien linda que se llama Pumpkin & Bean, así que pues, ¿cómo le iba a decir que no? We came up to North Jersey to visit some family friends in Haworth, and while we were here, we stopped by this adorable little store because my daughter Kathy just had her heart set on going. I placed an order on June 26. As of July 22, almost a month later, it has still not shipped. My initial email received no response, and I was unable to reach the business by phone. After following up again and saying I would dispute the charge, I was told only that it would “ship soon”. That was two weeks ago. I asked for a cancellation and a refund last week, which was completely ignored.
Went today to get some gifts and they have a great choice of boutique brands like Molo. Shame the employee wasn’t bothered.
Love this owner of the store and all her choices she buys for grandchildren
