Their burgers are slightly above average but their fries are very bland and boring, even with their jalapenos and cheese sauce. Might have to give this another chance for what was hyped up as the best burger in SA, which left me a little disappointed. Edit: Gave Pumpers another chance, 5 stars. Their sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and the culo melt left me wanting another bite. It was better the second time around but we did not give the fries another chance. Had to change this review to include 5 stars.
About to order from this place right now based on the reviews and the fact that the owner replies to every one of them, so solid lol “Tough but Fair” is the single greatest response to a negative comment is the greatest thing I’ve ever seen.
Great experience! Great drinks! Had an issue with my burger , but customer service was really great in resolving the problem. (S/o the chefs for noticing the issue) and the burger was even better. Will be back again
