I called Jessie yesterday when our pool pump motor started making weird noises... Got a bloody good quote for a brand new pump and a straight talking transparent guy willing to help pronto... this morning Wise Peter the man came over, installed the machine, even did new small elbows and pipes to get it perfect with the multiple leaks, unhesitatingly kept at it almost 4 times over having to refit the piping..... I have previously bought a pump from Pumpco. Good service. But needed a replacement Rainbank today. Called this morning. No answer. Left a message. No one called back. So have bought elsewhere. Maybe Pumpco is no longer in business? ** Update ** Jesse called that evening. Crisis with his son at school. So good to know Pumpco is still there .
Thank you Jesse and the team for being able to diagnose and service my pool pump. I was needing it done ASAP due to going away and they were able to accommodate that. The guys were super friendly and answered any question I had over the phone and didn’t recommend buying a new pump if I didn’t have to. I’d happily recommend Pumpco to anyone and I’ll be a returning customer for sure. They also repair Dolphin pool cleaners! Thanks again and keep up the great work! A+
