Called today with emergency, was immediately told they couldn’t take care of that today. As I was going to ask if he could recommend someone who could, he hung up on me. I called in spite of the last two reviews to give the guy a chance and this is what I get. Call elsewhere

Called on a Thursday as I was having issues with my well water pressure. Was told he couldn’t come out until after the weekend and he would call me back. When I asked if he needed my information to get in contact, he said he had the number on his phone. Wednesday the following week came and still no call, left messages and no response. Very poor communication from this company and no respect for people’s time. Called with an urgent effluent pump failure. Arranged to have Matthew come out and change it the following day (a Tuesday after the long weekend and I had an emergency pump out to buy time to get the pump working again). I sent a text message asking if we can bump the appointment time from 11am to 11:30 or 12:00 to accommodate an appointment I had (that I could have canceled if it was an issue). We came home late Saturday morning to find the water running down the drive, found the pump was running and water being pumped to surface. Shut down the pump, called Matt, left a message, he returned my call within an hour and was by later that day. He assessed the situation, removed the existing pump and on Sunday arrived with equipment, dug out the area, found the problem, did the repair, cleaned up and installed a new pump. My submersible well pump went down on a Friday night at the most inconvenient time. Matt was on site first thing Saturday morning. Through his troubleshooting he felt confident it was a wiring issue down at the pump, deep in the well. He suspected that the previous installer did a poor job wiring. When he pulled it out, he was correct and the insulation on one wire had worn through and caused a short.
