Yesterday my house pump stopped working, very late in the afternoon. I rang and not surprisingly, no-one could come until today. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang and they were on their way, on their way from their final job. They did not have to and I was so impressed. 10 minutes later it was fixed. I have used this business for years and this service reminds me why.
