Good: the pump parts came quickly and were packaged well. Most of the parts fit my model pump. After installing most of the parts, the pump worked fine. Not so good: the screen that was included didn’t fit. It was too large, which forced me to use the old screen which was usable. Also, several other parts were for different model pumps and unusable to me. If I return the xtra parts will I be issued a credit? Thanks
BUYER BEWARE❗️- Do not buy from this Seller. Returned an undersized pump, no big deal, happens all the time. I had to pay to mail it back, ok, no big deal. When they got it back they charged 100% restocking fee! 😂 - they refunded the “tax only” kept the brand new pump and straight out just stole $3,018.62 because they said the box was damaged upon return. We received the pump with some grease on the outlet, which we thought nothing of. This is a very unscrupulous company out of New Jersey with lots of 1-star reviews. We had... read more
