I rented from Pump n Pedals for the Multisport World Championships in Townsville and I can’t stress enough how great the experience was. The renting process was simple but this review comes from the above and beyond service I received from Adam. Not only was he super thorough and helpful in making sure I understood the bike before my race, but he came in super clutch right before my second race.
