Incredibly impressed with the team that work here. They assisted us after a flight with our bikes did not go as planned. We were squeezed in, rest assured their servicing department would resolve any issues and they did. This place knows their stuff, the shop is a wow factor to walk into, it was busy with customer and we had such a wonderful experience. Thank you to Trina & the team for facilitating such a positive experience for all of us (and fixing our specialised bikes).

Good to see responses from the business when there getting patted on the back. I was travelling from Adelaide my electric bike stopped working rang this place from an hour and a half away the guy asked me all the questions and said if you bring it in tomorrow and leave it for a couple days we can look at it. As I wanted it on the weekend I left where I was staying and went. They had know idea about me, they said the guy I talked to us away and we can’t fix that bike anyway.
