I had been a customer for several years, but Jeff just outright canceled on me with an email this week that said only "Today will be your last pump." Why? I had to ask, because that was literally the entirety of the email. He said it was because I had just bought a new dinghy and tied it up near where he ties up next to my houseboat, and it was sticking out maybe 12-18".
