Always a great place to go, took my kids here during winter since they were stir crazy at the house. The Staff is always kind and knowledgeable, their are a 'few' employees that could perk up given they work at a childrens indoor bounce house though. The prices are fair (for open jump), but SOCKS ARE A MUST for ALL KIDS. I would sign up for their news letter to see their open jump dates/availability. Had my son’s bday party here and it was perfect! Nice staff and the place was super clean.
Everything was so rushed. We even offered to purchase more time or an additional slot so the kids could play longer they declined. The girl serving out the food kept rushing us as well. Honestly for $300+ take your kids some where else so they can play even after eating, left feeling totally ripped off would not recommend to anyone.
Monique was amazing. She helped coordinate and confirm everything the week of to ensure everything went off with no problems. The staff day of was helpful and patient with the chaos of having a huge party. The location was clean and they set up the party room perfectly. The kids had an amazing time. Mom and dad did too cause we were able to enjoy the party and not have to worry about all the logistics. Would def come again.
Great facility for kids to enjoy bouncing around and racing thru the obstacle courses. Great for young kids birthday parties.
