The facility was very clean. The kids had a blast in the play area! There was very little communication from staff with the person who planned the party. This began with booking the party on the phone. Having never had a party there before, it would have been nice if they told us more details prior to that day…didn’t know we couldn’t get into party room until after the play time. And the staff that did work with us looked like they didn’t like their jobs. Customer service skills could improve!
SUCH A FUN PLACE! First time visiting last Sunday and I must say I was impressed! Friendly staff, super clean..
