They did a wonderful job on our sons’ birthday today. The staff member that was assigned to our party was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. He took pride in his job. We were pleased with the experience all the way around. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Faculty called and said my son left his hat there and they would keep it locked up in there lost and found box. When I showed up it wasn't there. They stated that somebody must have taken it. The more questions I ask the more run around I received. The Hat had my son's name and number in it and they were the only ones that had access.. Who steals a child's hat? Tacky
10/10 for kids
