HORRIBLE. My nephew had a party here today. Many of the bounce houses were deflating and trapping kids. When brought to staffs attention they said only one person at a time. We were not told that before and there are no signs or no one around to tell you that. One staff member was vaping in the moonbounce with the kids passing right by. Worst experience possible. Staff walked out and we had to run our own party. Members from our party had to help out other parties, we missed half of our own party due to this. Boss had absolutely no sympathy. Tried using dirty utensils to cut our cake. He also wanted to keep it a secret that his staff walked out. After all this mess all we got was a 50$ discount.
