Stay away! Worst place for kids and families overall. My family and I contracted the worst viral/bacterial respiratory infection since we went there last Sunday for a birthday. This place is not sanitary at all and everyone was packed like sardines. Kids were socks on while adults wearing their shoes which brings lots of germs and dirt which will be pick up by kids and then transferred to others. We had the best experience! All the kids loved it. The staff was so helpful! Thanks again to Emma and Chase for taking the best pictures and decorating the room so nicely! Would highly recommend! Thank you again pump it up team for taking the stress out of the birthday planning and letting us enjoy this day as a family.

Whoever created this place is a GENIUS and thought of everything. I literally just left my son’s 7th birthday party with over 10 rambunctious kids and I am not tired. No, seriously, I don’t even like kid birthday parties so the anticipation alone can drain me but they made everything so so easy that I am beyond thrilled. You drop off the room decor 20 min before the party time, they usher you from room to room and it’s just your party in each room, and then you end in the room they decorated so you can eat. This is a great kids party venue. We celebrated both our kids’ parties together, adding the glow option for the second room as well as prepaid set-up and clean up. It was totally worth it. Everyone said they had a wonderful time jumping, climbing, running around, eating, and playing.
