I had a really disappointing experience at Pump It Up for my son’s 7th birthday party. From the start, things felt off. Staff were micromanaging the kids and constantly taking photos and videos without explaining why, how they would be used, or how they would be stored or deleted. That lack of transparency was uncomfortable. On top of that, both party rooms were not ready on time, and when we arrived, there was already another parent in the room arguing with staff about it not being cleaned.
