RecommendedI loved the glow in the dark theme!
My kids had a blast there and I must say the place was spotless. The workers were extremely helpful and great with the kids younger ones and even the older ones. Will recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
Best place in the Valley.
Very disorganized. They forgot to add the Glow to the birthday party and all the kids were disappointed. The staff is very young and there should more organization. They also included the glow to the bill which was quoted at $50 but I got billed at $75. They removed it after. 5 of our coats also ended up in another party’s bin and lost for over 30 minutes. Best party place in the West Valley. Love the great customer service and private parties! Thanks for an amazing time. The balloon drop, glow and bubbles were awesome. Can’t wait to come back!
Can’t say enough about the mgmt and staff of this Pump It Up, they went above and beyond, to make a birthday party for our son so special. Hosting a party for children with special needs, is easier said than done, they went out of there way to make sure that he had a party like any other child.
It was a decent place but from the waiting room to every room we went into it was disgusting. Looks like the floors haven't been cleaned or vacuumed in a month. God knows how often everything is sanitized. :| employees were just hanging out talking. I almost considered a birthday party here but with how gross I felt there I doubt it. Packages should really include water bottles.
