Apt. Booked online over a week out, 2 text msg. confimations from them, I responded, and also sent a msg. from myself on the website to confirm. Arrived for my apt. 5 minutes early stayed 5 minutes after, tried to call 2 x , knocked on door, & The door was locked. People were inside working. A cancellation msg would have been greatly appreciated. Noticed other reviews for the buisness saying they had the same or similar experiences but i chose to take a risk. Do not depend on them.
My second visit with Kat. Made an appointment, received confirmation of appointment. Drove in from out of town. Arrived at appointment to a closed shop. Maybe something happened?! Hung around for over 30 min. Called, and emailed without any response. Even a day later - no response. Things happen, but zero communication wastes people’s time, energy and fuel. Very inconsiderate.
Booked an appointment online, was accepted and upon arrival Salon wasn’t open. I wasn’t notified of a cancellation via phone call or email. I do not recommend this salon! No certainty.
Best full head of highlights I’ve ever had. Super friendly, amazing environment. The vibe there is amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to go for a refresh while on vacay!
Terrible business, I wouldn’t recommend Pump Hair Salon to anyone. If you’re looking for a very below average, hair ruining, bad service Hair Salon, Pump Hair Salon is perfect for you.
