Very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this pool shop. We specifically requested a particular brand of pool heater, only to be supplied with a completely different brand. When we raised this with them, rather than taking responsibility and addressing the issue, they denied that this had happened, despite the fact that we had clearly communicated what we wanted. Great service. You can not only get reasonably priced pump units, but also answers when you phone up with any questions you have. Bits and pieces you might need for your pool that are hard to get are on stock here. Good old fashioned service I must say.

Helpful and were able to redirect to another local business
Extremely disappointed with the service from The Pump Factory. We were charged $169 for a call-out fee for their technician to fix our pool. He told us the filter lid “wasn’t on properly” and left. Within five minutes of him leaving, the pool cut off again. We then organised a different pool technician who came out, quickly and efficiently fixed the actual issue, and only charged a $78 call-out fee.
