Terrific, good old-fashioned service. Had a problem with a leaking pump and received great advice on how to fix it. This is now definitely my first stop pool shop for anything I need pool related. Can highly recommend.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from pump factory pool service. After making a payment weeks ago, I was expecting a timely refund. However, it's been an acceptable amount of time and I'm still waiting to receive my money back. Not only has the delay caused me inconvenience, but it's also made me question the company's reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction.
