They have always been excellent at communicating when they were coming by and providing qualified staff to ensure the cleanliness of my home. PUMA does not disappoint. They are well trained, thorough in their work with a focus on what you want them to do.. Spend more time in one room over the other? Not a problem. Make the beds? Not a problem. Owner Sophia is also accommodating with scheduling where possible. Highly recommend this service. They have been with me now for over 8 years.
We have had a number of cleaners over the years and Puma Cleaning has been the best, most consistent and most reliable. We have kids and clutter around and they very quickly do a great job on the bathrooms, floors, kitchen and overall tidying. They have never missed an appointment or cancelled a visit for any reason and they are very reliable.
