We arranged the time and date for cleaning and Sophie ‘ghosted’ by ignoring my calls and text to confirm. Her team failed to show up on the day of, leaving me in a panic.

They have always been excellent at communicating when they were coming by and providing qualified staff to ensure the cleanliness of my home. PUMA does not disappoint. They are well trained, thorough in their work with a focus on what you want them to do.. Spend more time in one room over the other? Not a problem. Make the beds? Not a problem. Owner Sophia is also accommodating with scheduling where possible. Highly recommend this service. They have been with me now for over 8 years.
