I’ve recently moved to Bath and feel lucky to have already found such a great local dentist! Kelly and her colleague were brilliant. Clear in explaining each step, very thorough, and made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated the friendly, positive approach and how smoothly the process went when getting my teeth cleaned.
Whole family had been cared for by this practice for 40+ years, when we were flipped from NHS to private patients with little notice. We received phone calls to explain, which explained nothing, just some waffle about a newspaper article. My 82yo mother found the whole thing confusing and upsetting. Had a filling yesterday with Dr Eva Dickinson. She was very friendly and put me at ease. She kept me informed at each step about what she was doing and I’m pleased with the result.
Fabulous care taken all the time Everyone is very reassuring and kind and make you feel at ease Any problems I had with my teeth have been quickly resolved I would recommend this practice to everyone
Thank you to kelly the hygienist, you are absolutely amazing. I have anxiety and had very bad dentist experiences in the past. Kelly has explained everything to me all the way through which makes my anxiety calm down.I am very grateful for the care and the encouragement she has given. The receptionists are always so helpful and take care of everything. I am no longer fearful of going to the dentist thanks to these great people and the calm environment they create.
