We couldn’t be happier with Pulteney Bridge Flowers and our amazing florist, Lorely. From the very first meeting — which I attended with my mum — she completely understood our vision. Lorely created our stunning wedding flowers. She was incredibly helpful and made the decision-making process easy, never finding anything too much trouble. We placed our complete trust in her, and we’re so glad we did! On the day of the wedding, she even kindly watered the hydrangeas we bought to line the aisle, although they weren’t part of her supply. We live in Wales but wanted to get married in Bath and found Pulteney Bridge flowers via a Google search. I corresponded several times with Lorely via email as to my preferences etc. We picked the flowers up on the morning of our wedding and I don’t think I can express in words how happy I was with them. Sadly I have to say that the hand tied bouquet was minuscule that arrived. Very very disappointing, so much so, that I had to search for a vase small enough. . My husband usually uses a local very good florist, who sadly was on holiday, so he ordered and paid more for a bouquet that is usually twice the size. Thankfully the florist has since contacted me to explain that previous to them receiving the order, eflorist and Interflora both received an amount of money before it was passed to them.
