Best flower shop in Bath. I ordered for my friend’s birthday which was on Sunday (they are one of the only stores in Uk that deliver on Sunday). They answered every phone call directly and they were informing me about the status of the bouquet as well as other tracking information. Good communication. My husband sent me a beautiful bouquet for our anniversary on 23rd April..I have to say these flowers are the best I’ve ever had! Lorely was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish, and we honestly could not recommend her enough. The flowers for our wedding were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. I received this bouquet at my work today as a Mother’s Day (15th) gift from my teenage son. It was such a thoughtful surprise and I was initially over the moon. Sadly, the flowers themselves were quite disappointing. They looked tired, a bit dirty and not very fresh, definitely not what you would expect for a special occasion bouquet, especially knowing my son had chosen them as a present.
