Too bad I can't give 0 stars, everything that can be expressed poorly on the part of Pulte Leander. Pre-approval to take money, then they don't approve you but they have taken money, the credit report and for the appraiser, now what appraiser? if there is no approval but they are calling you from the property insurance to welcome you and they are giving you a closing date . We were under contract with a Centex home in the Horizon Ridge community (check there for my 1 star review of our experience with the sales agent). As far as our experience with Pulte, Ed Blakely was extremely rude to me specifically, but not my husband. My experience with them is v good, v positive. They are true professionals, good people who were v open, honest and transparent with me. I would gladly give them a Trillion stars and justice would not have been served. My advice to you is, when dealing with them, do ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE cos they are patient and will explain everything to you. If you don't ask, they will not know hence you may have issues (hence I say again 'ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE'). Thanks

This financial Institution is a Racist, and a scam artist, they do not uphold their commitments and will give a lame excuse of why you weren't approved for any of their loans, beware of their practices as I believe they may be collecting ppl's information to sell it or even commit fraud.
