I would not recommend Pulte Mortgage even though the builder offers a big incentive, my current application for a small loan keeps going from processing to underwriting, with the underwriter requesting additional information, when there is no justification for the information. Once you provide your assets, income and justify where your purchase deposit and closing amount $$ are located, that should be enough for underwriter for made a decision. Extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional experience I had with loan processor Gaby Ortega. If you’re assigned to her, I highly recommend requesting someone else—Cheryl, for instance, was incredibly kind and helpful!
The possible savings are not worth the horrible experience you will have. Stay away and find another lender. They will wait until the day before you are supposed to close to ask for all kinds of unnecessary information and documents. Incompetent mortgage lender.
I would like to say thank you to the PULTE Mortgage and CENTEX teams. First of all, Rachel Acosta, our Centex vendor, was excellent at showing and explaining all the first steps to getting our house and all the amenities the community offered. Gabriel Montoya, our loan consultant, provided excellent guidance from the beginning of the process to get the loan and was always telling us the truth about our process. The most imcompetent team you can hire, literally do yourself a favor and hire anyone else, a bum could handle your loan better. reschuduled my loan closing date without informing me lmfao, so i showed up after calling out of work to be told by the loan consultant in a room full of people in the lobby that i " have no money" because the sale of my previous home had been delayed and no one thought to inform me they dont do signing without the cash available for deposit. overall worst exp of my life as a first time home buyer.... read more
