Horrible. They waited until the day before our closing to ask for items that took time to get, which delayed our closing. Never called to lock in our rate. I had to call/email almost daily to follow up on items. Would not answer the phone or return voicemails. I wish I could go back and not use Pulte Mortgage. Whatever incentive is offered, it is not worth it.
Only if I could give negative …. Pathetic service and offerings. I got representative Mike O shea and he tops the chart of all pathetic agents they have. The whole process was difficult and just a bad experience.
One of the most difficult closing experiences i have ever been through. I WOULD not recommend. Made a first payment on line almost two weeks ago. Still has not processed. I’m glad they are turning the loan over to some other mortgage company!!!!
