THE ABSOLUTE WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! As of today, we are exactly one week away from our scheduled closing date. I haven’t even close yet, and this has been an extremely horrible experience. I’m a first time homebuyer and had I known, and read these reviews prior to purchasing this home, I absolutely would have never went with this company.

Horrible. They waited until the day before our closing to ask for items that took time to get, which delayed our closing. Never called to lock in our rate. I had to call/email almost daily to follow up on items. Would not answer the phone or return voicemails. I wish I could go back and not use Pulte Mortgage. Whatever incentive is offered, it is not worth it.
