Pulte homes- Not what it WAS. We are alarmed at the decline in quality here at Grand Reserve, a Pulte Del Webb(?)development. No problem with our home built in 2009. But listening to our new neighbors woes with undone electrical work, brick work, ceiling leaks, cement issues, makes us know that Pulte does not have enough skilled workers to construct these homes satisfactorily. Buyers beware!
Poor attention to detail We had previously bought a Pulte home (in Michigan in 1999) and had wonderful service and a great experience. We bought another Pulte home in Indian Land, SC this past summer and have totally dissatisfied with our experience. The overall experience has been of lack of attention to detail and the builder's acceptance of sub-quality work. It has been 6 months and we are still resolving issues identified at closing!
