If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible builder. Tried to finish punch list a day before closing now the house shows it . Moved in had 2 basement wall cracks and leaks with 2 weeks then discovered mold that P{lute knows is an on going issue in their new house. It covered 99 percent of our basement floor joist. Not to mention ALL cosmetic defects. All you get from Pulte team is follow the process. Well their process has ended up with me sick from the mold so much now I get to see an infectious disease doc and possibl... read more
