Their new homes in Apex is overpriced and they do this because they know that most out of state people will fall for it.when you buy too expensive you won’t be able to resale later at a gain. Their home quality too poor, they feel because they are building in apex they can give you a junk yard called house for any quality just because people want Apex or Cary. They don't stand behind their product. Their homeowners insurance company QBE just pulled the rug out from us and left NC. Do not trust them.
