Had an excellent experience purchasing a home with Pulte! Customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process!
Good build quality. We have been happy with the house so far after two years. The only (not minor) issue was a dead Air Conditioner in the first year, which (because I put freon in it with another contractor) voided the two year warranty on the AC.
Had a wonderful experience relocating from the Atlanta GA area to Del Webb Trinity Falls. Entire staff incredible and thoroughly pleased with my new home. Pulte builds an exceptional home!!
