I love the trainers for the classes I take regularly. They remember your name, push you to work hard, and always offer alternative moves to accommodate injury or need. The gym has plenty of equipment and all the staff are helpful and friendly. Been there for several years with no plans to change gyms.

Great gym. Great Trainers. Friendly place. The complaints I have is that the space is a little small. The flow is all wrong & the equipment is crowded. Most of the machines do not list the starting weights. The cable machines are missing numbers on the weight. Some of the padding is VERY worn. They have spin bikes on the floor but the monitors on those bikes are BROKE.
