This place is literally the best place on planet earth! It is totally wicked!!!!
I come here for the Infrared Sauna. The sessions are reasonably priced, the sauna is new and the facilities are clean. The owner is lovely & provides outstanding service!! Highly Recommended 🌟
Full marks to Joss and the team at Pulse8. I would be a very different person without them making me accountable each day.
I’ve trained at a number of places over the years and I can honestly say that the way they structure their classes for strength and conditioning ensures that you are set up for success by minimising the chance of injury by having multiple trainers assisting at each class. The trainers are very welcoming and it’s a pleasure working my ass off 🤣. Thank you guys, you have a winning formula!
