Had my first ever personal training session with Erica here and I can highly recommend. Erica was very patient, clearly very knowledgeable from a technical and hands on point of view. I left feeling euphoric and highly motivated to keep up with my exercise / fitness goals. Very impressive venue. Lots of equipment/space with a welcoming atmosphere. I am a couch potato so this is not my normal environment! Thank you so much Erica!
From coaches to programs to atmosphere to knowledge ect this place is unmatchable. The knowledge amongst those guys is incredible and I have seen so much improvement from my training there as well as a whole new gym family ❤️
