***scam alert**** I have been trying to contact this business to schedule an appointment I purchased through Groupon and the phone line is disconnected. Groupon says it’s not refundable.
Owner no showed on 3rd groupon appt. Signs on door are gone. Doesn't respond to phone or text messages on 2 different numbers. Lied to GROUPON and said they were there!
Was such a wonderful experience..until I got ghosted.. after making an appointment...it first was rescheduled.... and then no response(attempting to confirm the date)..after the new date arrived....I really hope all is well with the owner...as she is a lovely person....just please cancel ...instead of ghosting someone

Scheduled an appointment three weeks ago for IPL. Appointment was reschedule twice by the spa (the last time saying they had to reschedule because the bug man was coming to spray). When I tried to reschedule again the soonest available was not for another three weeks (made the appointment 2.5 weeks ago!). I really wanted to try to support local business. Maybe they don’t need business? They certainly lost mine.
