Very thorough and knowledgeable!
Scheduled an appointment three weeks ago for IPL. Appointment was reschedule twice by the spa (the last time saying they had to reschedule because the bug man was coming to spray). When I tried to reschedule again the soonest available was not for another three weeks (made the appointment 2.5 weeks ago!). I really wanted to try to support local business. Maybe they don’t need business? They certainly lost mine.
I had a wonderful meeting with Lynette today. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable about skin care and a very pleasant personality. I had the microneedling done and even on this first day I could feel my skin tightening. I plan to book another appointment soon and was delighted to meet such a nice and caring person.
Lovely products and a lovely esthetician.
I received excellent care and knowledge. This was so calming. Go treat yourself!
