Had a great experience with EMS pulse workout. The workout itself is efficient and effective, but what really made it stand out was the amazing staff—Samantha, Snizhana, and Flo were all incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and motivating. They made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Pulse studio was like nothing I’ve ever done before. I’ve been a member of many gyms and the workout was fantastic. Small group setting increased accountability and pushed me harder while getting a solid workout in under 30 min. The pulse while working out made me feel like I did a 2 hour workout. The additional machines for wholistic recovery is a big differentiator. Thank you pulse studio for the work you do!
