It is an uplifting gym, and the staff are great! I have been going to this gym for about 8 months and am feeling much stronger and more fit.

As a Personal Trainer with 15 years experience in the industry, I have to say I appreciate how body pulse has incorporated fitness and wellness together. EMS training is a 20 min muscle stimulation program with proven results. It’s the be all end all. Get a great 20 min workout and finish with cold plunge or or cryotherapy. So many benefits, including decreasing inflammation . Which is what we all should do to keep disease at bay! Best of all, you can try a session for FREE!!
This place is amazing. Flo and his team are so knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I both go here and are always so happy with everything we have tried! Highly recommend.
