Very disappointed with this vet this time, we have taken our dog there 3 times prior and had great service. But after this time I will never go again. My dog had a severe ear infection, so of course was anxious, the vet came in and was so terrified, she stood there looking like she was going to burst into tears and run screaming from the room, which of course put my dog into a huge case of anxiety.
