I am extremely disappointed with the management and service at this vet clinic. Every time I call to book an appointment, the only person in charge is the receptionist, Shell, who seems to handle everything by herself. It appears there is no manager or owner overseeing the clinic anymore. When I emailed to speak with a manager about this issue, my email was ignored, likely because there is no one else supervising Shell's irresponsible behaviour. Very disappointed with this company. I had called in telling them it was an urgent visit as I was considering end of life options, but no one showed up. Not even answering my phone calls. if you care for your pets, DO NOT COME HERE
Professional, courteous, caring and affordable. My excitable dogs have had excellent care after changing from long term vets.
Ever single time I come here, the place is shut. Super annoying
The team at Pulse Vet took excellent care of my cat Scout when she was in for a dental extraction procedure and kept her comfortable in the lead up to the surgery. She is now back to her normal smoochy/loving self due to their help and accurate diagnosis of what was causing her pain.
