Dr Aggarwala and his team were awesome. The staff were very gentle and caring. As a female patient what stood out most to me was the all male surgical team cared about my comfort and dignity during the entire procedure. Amazing Doctor and staff.
This place recently put up an LED billboard on a tower outside their Kuykendahl office that is extremely bright, changes screens/animations frequently, and with no dimming at night. It's so bright that I get flashing lights every few seconds that light up my bedroom across the street at night, even with the blinds drawn. A call to ask them to dim the thing at night got blown off. I had to put up blackout curtains to get rid of the nuisance, and no longer can instead enjoy the natural sunrise in the morning.
Unprofessional and no bedside manners. Filled for bankruptcy at previous location on Huffmeister. Look it up.
The staff and nurses are some of the most compassionate and wonderful people! Thank you Ashley for holding my hand today. Thank you to Dr. Barbondi for a successful surgery. I appreciate your kindness and compassion.I couldn't remember everyone's name,but everyone that I encountered was wonderful!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been disappointed in Dr. Aggarwala in the past, but I am furious at this point and will be filing a complaint with the medical board. My husband has been a regular patient of Dr. A for several years (despite my urging for him to change doctors) and there have been SEVERAL instances of poor communication and/or not returning calls.
