Immediately felt welcomed by this community when I went to my first Pulse class almost a year ago. Bounce is an incredible cardio workout with weights mixed in and most importantly, it's super fun! I'd do it every day if I could! Katie and Jenn's Barre classes always me inspired while feeling like I really pushed my body to a new level. SO, so happy I found this studio!!

Pulse Studio is the best - classes are always different so you are never bored, the community motivates and supports you, and the structure of signing up ahead of time holds you accountable. I've had a membership for 1.5 years now and definitely feel healthier and stronger!

10/10 recommend everyone to stop by and take a class here! All of the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. Class sizes are small enough where I feel like they are paying attention to my form and able to adjust if necessary. There’s a variety of class types, meaning everyone’s able to take something that suits their needs and you get to switch up your workout routine every day! Seriously cannot say enough good things about this studio, support local!!!!

I love this studio! Such an amazing workout but made even better by the teachers and especially the owner, Jenn! Every attention to detail is a focus, from a beautiful studio to an amazing staff of teachers. Lots of variety in the class schedule - always a bonus! This is the only barre I would even consider!
