Went to my first class here and absolutely loved it!!! Amazing instructors and environment
After moving to the South Shore a few years ago I was looking for the right place to get back on track with my fitness. I tried a few different places and as soon as I came to Pulse, I knew it was the one. You show up as you are each day and sweat! The instructors push you to exceed your own expectations, not anyone else’s. Pulse is the place where you get stronger alongside an amazing community. I’m currently loving the Lift and Pulse classes!
Love classes at Pulse! The studio is so welcoming and the classes give the best burns! They offer different types of low impact classes and the music is always bumpin. Highly recommend trying them out or checking out a pop up which are also fun (and made me want to do studio classes)!
It's been years since I've been to a gym/workout studio and my confidence was very low. I recently mustered up the motivation and attended a class at Pulse. Immediately met with warm smiles and open arms. The instructors and regulars are so incredibly kind and welcoming with zero intimidation for newbies. I was immediately energized by their vibe. Pulse is an amazing studio and team!
I am addicted to this studio in the best way possible! I love the workouts and the entire community of ladies that come there. Super grateful for this community
