I just started attending pulse + littles outdoor with my 2 month old. It is an amazing way to get a work out in with your baby and without guilt or concern about any upset from your little one. The moms and instructor are so nice and it has become the highlight of my week! I attended my first indoor class today too and it so clear they have something very special going on here- everyone is kind, inclusive, fun and the workout is amazing! I've been taking classes at Pulse Studio for over a year now, and I can honestly say it's the best in the South Shore. The instructors are phenomenal and their energy is infectious. Their classes are always challenging and they have a way of pushing you beyond what you thought was possible. It's not just a workout studio, it's a great community where you will always feel supported and encouraged.

The most welcoming community! I moved to Hingham alone and never felt at home until I found Jenn and the Pulse team. Great for all levels, instructors always provide modifications for what you’re going for - in a way that you actually feel comfortable modifying :). I would rate one million stars if I could!
They have the most challenging and beneficial BOUNCE CLASS! Do yourself a favor and take it!!
