I attended this practice today, the receptionist was extremely friendly and was very helpful. Angel did my ultrasound, and was very professional and Dr Zaheer administered my injection who I can’t recommend more highly . Thankyou
Worst customer service super rude and weren’t available for 7 days, when my doctor from our medical Loganholme next door had referred me as urgent to get ultrasound and X-rays done on my wrist as I injured myself at work. Better training is needed as I even got my friend to ring up and ask about there availability for X-rays and the receptionist over the phone said that she would be able to be seen straight away! I do not recommend this practice unless the staff treat people with more respect.
