My mom has been a patient at this office for over 10 years, and I’ve been the one handling all of her appointments and care for quite some time now. We recently ran into a frustrating insurance issue, but I have to give a big shoutout to the two young girls at the front desk, they were absolutely amazing. Not only were they kind, patient, and easy to talk to, but they were also knowledgeable of the issue and explained everything clearly. The staff is courteous, prompt, helpful and kind. The doctor is empathetic, knowledgable and attentive. I would recommend them to anyone.
Very nice and clean facility, great staff! EDIT: I'm changing my review because after the appointment they insist I have to be refilled on the prescription I have that will never be changed because they know less about diabetes than I do, they text me MULTIPLE TIMES about leaving a review, and DONT SEND THE PRESCRIPTION OVER. This isn't the first time I've had my prescriptions delayed because someone the pharmacy never receives their requests. Thank God I have back up insulin, I guess.
