My mom has been a patient at this office for over 10 years, and I’ve been the one handling all of her appointments and care for quite some time now. We recently ran into a frustrating insurance issue, but I have to give a big shoutout to the two young girls at the front desk, they were absolutely amazing. The staff is courteous, prompt, helpful and kind. The doctor is empathetic, knowledgable and attentive. I would recommend them to anyone.
Very nice and clean facility, great staff! EDIT: I'm changing my review because after the appointment they insist I have to be refilled on the prescription I have that will never be changed because they know less about diabetes than I do, they text me MULTIPLE TIMES about leaving a review, and DONT SEND THE PRESCRIPTION OVER. This isn't the first time I've had my prescriptions delayed because someone the pharmacy never receives their requests. Thank God I have back up insulin, I guess.
The care I received from pulse primer care was exceptional.specially (Marriam) she listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.thank you soo much .
