Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. When they came they arrived on time and worked all day to finish the job quickly! Would highly recommend.
Quick, helpful and very good value! We had a leaky WC cistern and a radiator that wasn't heating up. Eddie and the team were friendly and efficient throughout and I very much would recommend them.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service.
