Pretty awful business practices they’re implementing. Bought today. Battery was not working properly. Called customer service today and like the other 2 reviews “not honoring their warranty” wanted me to buy a new battery for $50+s+h. As it’s for my daughter and she really wants it, was willing to buy the battery if they covered s+h and we’d have a brand new battery.
