I came in for a basic physical and drug screen for new employment. I arrived at 5:10pm, didnt even get greeted or anything. 2 customers walked right in and were attended. I finally was seen after over 40 minutes. Finally I was a room waiting for the DR. To perform the physical. I waited over an hour in that room while the employees chit chat and I decided to walk out. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! If I could rate them a ZERO I would!!!

Long wait time, lots of personal conversations going on at the front desk that can be heard from the waiting area. I waited 40 minutes to have a PPD read. Henrietta location got me in and out in 15 minutes.
