During my recent EMS transport, the crew who picked me up were kind and did ensure I was able to enter my home safely despite snowy and icy conditions. We used this service twice now. Both experiences were horrible. After waiting 5+ hours for them to show up to the hospital to transport him home the guy fell trying to bring him up the steps and the second time the left my father in the transport chair outside in the freezing wet cold with his socks and diaper on. They asked for back up from their company but was told it’ll be an hour or so. So I called 911 to get him in the house. This company will run you to the ground and then in the end treat you like a dispensable. I don’t think they really care about employees or patients, their bottom line is profits.
