They are normally great, but today we’ve been waiting over 2 hours for my son’s return trip, with possibly another hour wait. Just a suggestion, but maybe don’t book more rides than you can handle. We were eventually kicked out of the building and locked out. 4 hours to get a return ride. Absolutely disgusting treatment of a handicapped person.

I did not choose this company future care chose it for me and said that this company will be transporting my grandmother to her doctors appointment and her Care 1st insurance is pending and probably wont pay for her transportation. This is my 1st time using this company and for my grandmother to get transportation from Future to Sinai Hospital for a 10 minute ride going and coming,it will $269.86. I Ms. Elieen and Ms. Riley. I probably misspelled their names. I appreciated the outstanding and professional sevice they gave my huband today. His was transported from Sinai to home. Thank you.

These people provide transportation for Sinai hospital and a patient was given a transport time of 1:00pm, turned into 9:30pm. An eight hour work shift later and no supervisor, manager etc to speak with. No REASONABLE explanation given. This level of service is deplorable! This is what the medical system thinks of their patients. If you ever have the unfortunate pleasure to be in a position where you or your loved one is in the hands of these people, YOU HAVE MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY. These people do not care!
