I just wanted to say that the drivers and transport people are top notch and fantastic however the schedulers and dispatchers are extremely unpleasant. My mom had multiple surgeries so she was unable to get up and down the stairs. We scheduled pickups where they gave the drivers the wrong address or had them show up over an hour late. The pickup schedules coming from the doctors were an even longer wait. Then after paying over 3000 dollars in transport fees they decide I'm now out of there area and they dismiss me.
Jason was a HUGE help in a time of extreme need...so grateful for him. TY
Good company
I had gone to St. Joseph's ER, via ambulance but to transport me back to Chestnut Hill Assisted Living Facility. I was transported back to the Facility via w/c. My driver was named Ramon & he was very pleasant & caring. He made sure I was warm enough he brought me into the Facility & brought me to my room safely. This was 12/23/24.
